My hobbies

Hello everyone! I hope you are having a nice day. Today’s blog is about something I really enjoy doing. 

A few years ago, cooking started being my favorite hobby. At first I learned by watching my mother and

grandmothers cook, then I started looking for recipes on the Internet. I liked making desserts like lemon

pies, lemon cakes, banana breads, kuchens, and more. Nowadays I enjoy cooking salty foods such as 

lasagna, chickpea curry, pizzas, typical Chilean foods and also, recently I have been interested in baking

different types of breads. There are many types of bread and each has its own special methods. For

example, breads that are made with yeast are very sensitive to the time and temperature in which you let

the dough rest. Depending on the rest time and the temperature, you can make different types of breads.

My favorite part of cooking is being able to cook for the people I love, and this is also why I like Birthdays,

Christmas and New Years. On those days I spend a lot of time with my family and I can cook their favorite

foods. I really enjoy it when I finish my morning clases and I have to cook lunch. One of my biggest 

dreams for the future is to have a home with a large kitchen full of the best kitchen appliances.
